Yeringberg Chardonnay, a refined wine hailing from a cool climate, showcases delicate nuances of fermentation derived from French oak barrels. With proper cellaring for 3-6 years, this wine gracefully matures, attaining a velvety smoothness.

The flavor profile boasts notes of stonefruit, biscuit, nuts, honey, and grapefruit. Its vibrant acidity, accompanied by bold stonefruit and grilled nut flavors, is complemented by subtle hints of aniseed, tangy citrus zest, and a lingering, beautifully scented finish.
