The Shiraz was harvested during cool morning hours, delicately destemmed, and fermented at 24-28 degrees using a cultured yeast strain. Post fermentation, the wine was pressed off skins and aged on French oak for nine months. - Wills Domain It boasts a vibrant deep brick red hue with subtle purple undertones. The nose is accentuated by perfumed mulberry fruit with savoury notes. The palate is plush and concentrated, characterized by a savoury mid palate and rich chalky tannins.
