The second most popular Irish whiskey in the world, Tullamore Dew Irish Whiskey or D.E.W. as it is more accurately spelled, drew its name from the initials of Daniel E. Williams, the general manager and later owner of the Tullamore Distillery. Not the droplets of water that make the heather of County Offaly, Ireland sparkle in the morning sun.
