The Macallan Triple Cask 12 Year Old is the direct decedent of the companies highly prized and collectable Fine Oak offerings. The youngest in this range, it is matured in American ex-bourbon oak casks, European and American sherry seasoned oak casks. The resulting scotch is a smooth, mellow dram with the aroma of vanilla cream topped scones and gingerbread. A taste that is citrusy with touches of raisins, sultanas and dark chocolate and a finish that is long and honey-sweet with just a touch of fresh cedar.
