In October 2017, Sauce Brewing Co opened its doors for the first time as an exciting independent microbrewery based in Sydney's inner-west. Today Sauce not only have a brewery and taproom in Marrickville but a brewpub and bottlo in Cairns. Sauce Hop Sauce is the brewery's flagship pale ale, 4.5% ABV and a clean and refreshing American-style pale ale delicious!
