Mt Duneed Estate Pinot Grigio 750ml

Pinot Grigio is characterized by its crispness, which is reflected in our winemaking process. The grapes are carefully handpicked, crushed, destemmed, and pressed into stainless steel tanks. We then rack the juice and introduce a specially selected aromatic yeast for fermentation at a cool temperature of 16 degrees. This method helps to preserve the wine's freshness. After fermentation, the wine is matured on lees for a period of 5 months, which enhances its texture and weight before it is finally bottled.

The cool vintage conditions have resulted in a wine that boasts a light straw color and enticing aromas of ripe pear, red apple, and cinnamon spice. On the palate, the wine offers a crisp and refreshing experience with flavors of fresh pear and pomegranate, accompanied by a savory texture and a lingering finish.

To fully appreciate the qualities of this wine, we recommend serving it well chilled. It is the perfect companion for leisurely moments spent by the pool, whether in the company of good friends or engrossed in a captivating book.
