During a visit to Tasmania in 2015 and Inspired by Australia's exploding craft beer scene, David Whittaker and Vanessa Wilton mused that they could own their own distillery. After extensive global research, they launched Manly Spirits Co. Distillery in early 2017, producing premium gin, vodka, whisky and liqueurs on the Northern Beaches of Sydney.
