Distilled during the spring of 2015, 10th batch of Bottled-in-Bond Bourbon stands out as a momentous achievement. Notably, it is the first in our illustrious history to comprise solely of whiskey aged in large-format barrels of 30 and 53 gallons. Furthermore, it proudly claims the distinction of being our inaugural Bottled-in-Bond release to be age-stated at six years. The meticulous crafting of this blend, derived from 11 barrels, involved drawing stock from both the climate akin to a rickhouse in our Navy Yard aging room and the temperate atmosphere of an additional Brooklyn warehouse.

The resulting flavor profile evokes the quintessential characteristics of meticulously aged southern bourbon, while retaining the unique traits intrinsic to New York farmed corn, a mashbill of two grains, and the delicate art of pot still distillation with a precise heart-cut. A captivating bouquet emerges, featuring mature oak, lanolin, and velvety vanilla cream, paving the way for a palate adorned with the indulgent notes of tender caramel chew, toasted cinnamon bark, and rum-soaked raisin. This harmonious composition epitomizes the pinnacle of craftsmanship, representing the exquisite culmination of our most exceptional barrels currently resting in our warehouse.
