Gippsland Wine Company Western Port Pinot Noir 750ml

The 2019 Pinot Noir underwent whole bunch fermentation and is a shiny, black cherry colour. Sanguine and salty liquorice notes, with white pepper and five spice melds with black cherry and blood plum on the complex nose. These elements combine with crisp redcurrant, pine forest floor, foraged wild mushrooms, earthy rhubarb, kalamata olive and blackberry bramble, with fine but grippy tannins and excellent length.
