Heathcote Cabernet Sauvignon produces deep coloured, richly flavoured soft red wine. The climate and deep red soil produces the perfect red wine to accompany char-grilled meats and artisan woodfired pizza. Sourced from our vineyard at Corop in Northern Heathcote, the wine is dense and complex with ripe dark fruits, cedar-wood and balance.
