Ardbeg Distillery 10 Year Old 700ml

Ardbeg Distillery 10 Year Old is generally thought of as an entry level Islay single malt but you would never know it from the taste. Coming from the Kildalton Coast of Islay it is full of coastal notes, peat, smoke and so much more. The classic Ardbeg flavour is there but gently accented with touches of vanilla bean, lemon and lime that give it a well-balanced palate and smoothness that you would expect in much older drams. It has a long and glorious finish with salted caramel giving way to driftwood smoke at the very end.
