'The Gables' is meticulously crafted from selective parcels of the region’s superior Chardonnay grapes. It is intended to complement a diverse array of foods, making it a versatile inclusion to any wine list. Tasting Notes: On the nose, it presents ripe apple and citrus fruit with a hint of spice notes. The palate is zesty with elevated floral, citrus, and crisp apple fruit. A delicate texture of pastry cream and vibrant acidity contribute depth to the lengthy, dry palate. It pairs excellently with seafood.
