Founded in August 2015 by two Melbourne home brewers from the Inner West, West City Brewing jumped around Victoria, gypsy brewing wherever they could find tank space before finally settling into a forever home with Grand Ridge. West City Brewing White Ale is a 4.9% ABV traditional Belgian Blonde Ale, with a solid wheat backbone, fresh coriander, orange zest and new world hops to deliver a delicious hazy ale with a twist. Best served with pork knuckle, slow-cooked brisket or a backyard BBQ!
