The West Winds Gin was launched by Paul White, Jason Chan, James Clarke and Jeremy Spencer in June 2010. Located two and a half hours drive south of Perth in North Jindong, Margaret River, The West Winds Gin team pride themselves on securing environmentally sustainable ingredients from local growers wherever possible. The West Winds Gin Wild Plum Gin is a 39% ABV flavoured gin and a limited edition run this year, with weather impacting the harvest of delicious, native Davidson plums. Hitting the senses with bright citrus aromas, Wild Plum Gin flows across the palate with sloe plums and Banksia honey with a crisp, tart finish.
