The West Winds Gin was launched by Paul White, Jason Chan, James Clarke and Jeremy Spencer in June 2010. Located two and a half hours drive south of Perth in North Jindong, Margaret River, The West Winds Gin team pride themselves on securing environmentally sustainable ingredients from local growers wherever possible. The West Winds Gin The Sabre is a 40% ABV London Dry Gin spliced with a mix of native Aussie botanicals and spices that include juniper, wattle seed, lime peel and lemon myrtle, and blended with juicy citrus to produce a refreshing, traditional gin with an Aussie spin.
