The Macallan Harmony Series Amber Meadows

The Harmony Collection Amber Meadow, a collaborative effort between Stella and Mary McCartney, is a celebration of Scotland's verdant landscape and the sisters' fond childhood memories. It takes its name from the amber fields of their family farm and represents their first joint project. The packaging features remnants of meadow cuttings, underscoring The Macallan's close ties to the land. The whisky has been matured in oak casks seasoned with sherry and bourbon, lending it notes of oak, orange, lemon, and green tea, with a sweet, rich finish. This partnership is a reflection of the mutual values of creativity and reverence for nature. The Amber Meadow is the third release in The Harmony Collection, a limited annual series. The Macallan Whisky Mastery Team drew inspiration from the natural grasslands of Scotland to craft this distinctive expression, which evokes the warm ambiance of meadows and mature barley fields, and culminates in a richly scented finish.
