The 2018 St Henri Shiraz is fruit forward yet far from still incredibly complex. The aromas of blood plum and fig leap from the glass yet the evolving background notes of mocha, cinnamon and black olive ensure that it is never one-dimensional. The palate is defined by fine, powdery tannins and refined acidity. An exceptional wine and a definite standout in this year's Collection release.
