This sparkling wine is made from grapes grown in Kings Valley, North East Victoria, where the sunny climate allows them to ripen to their fullest. The light effervescence makes each flavour pop, and notes of white peach and guava shine through. Lemon zest on the crisp, clean, finish rounds out the flavour profile. This wine is special enough for a celebration, but also versatile, as it pairs quite well with shellfish dishes, especially crab meat.
