This echoes the transparent wines of Spain's Gredos, arguably the most exciting newcomer to the grenache patrimony. Kirsch, thyme, mescal and pine, as if this is positioned in a higher site than it is. Thirst-slaking, layered, fresh and riveting. Great gear!
