Adrian Slaughter and Marc Chrismas founded Green Beacon Brewing Company in the inner-city suburb of Teneriffe in Brisbane in 2013, are the only brewing company to win Champion Australian Brewery 3 years in a row and are one of the key breweries that lead to the explosion of Brisbane craft beer scene. The India Pale Ale was invented during British colonial times when England sent beer, loaded with hops to prevent the beer from spoiling in the heat, by the shipload to their troops and sailors in India. Green Beacon Windjammer is a 6% ABV IPA and is bursting with hop-driven citrus and pine aromas and flavours!
