This unique creation was inspired by the captivating and ever-changing natural beauty found in the nearby forest. Directed by Dr Bill Lumsden, Glenmorangie's Director of Whisky Creation, the whisky is made using an ancient technique of kilning barley with juniper berries, birch bark, and heather flowers. Throughout the kilning process, these natural botanicals infuse the whisky with delightful flavors such as peppermint, menthol, eucalyptus, pine, wood sap, angelica, bitter orange, and a subtle hint of aromatic wood smoke.
