Canadian Club 8 Year Old 700ml

Canadian Club whisky distillery was originally launched in Detroit by Hiram Walker in 1858. Hiram started his journey by learning the cider vinegar distillation process, then transitioned to whisky and created his first batch in 1854. As prohibition took hold in the USA, Walker moved his operations across the border to Windsor, Ontario. Higher in alcohol and rye than Canadian Club original, Canadian Club 8 Year Old is a 40% ABV Blended Canadian Whisky. It is matured for 8 years in charred American white oak casks and is bursting with English toffee, cloves, subtle nutmeg and oak aromas, flowing across the palate with bold, warm and spicy flavour.
