The 2011 Sauternes Cask is an exclusive and valuable Irish single malt. It has been crafted with care, being aged for over 7 years in a combination of oloroso and bourbon barrels. To enhance its unique character, it undergoes an additional 2-year finish in Sauternes wine casks. These casks, previously used for storing sweet white wine from the Sautnais region in Bordeaux, infuse the whiskey with delightful notes of delicate summer fruits and fresh grapes.
