Hints of spice and indulgent aromatics characterize the Gin 10, a complex gin made from ten botanicals, with a layer of juniper and cardamom for the base, balanced iht orange zest, and native pepper berry. This gin is unique in that it's distilled from local wine in an Alembic Pot Still, which gives it the unique quality and smooth texture. It's been distilled three times, using vapour infusion in small batches to create unparalleled quality. Using wine in the process gives the gin an added smoothness and sets it apart from other spirits. It's delicious with tonic water and a slice of fresh cucumber and a wedge of lime or mixed into a fruity martini cocktail.
