Fireball 'Shop to Win' Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions: Fireball "Shop To Win" Campaign
1. Eligibility:- Fireball "Shop To Win" campaign (the "Promotion") is open to legal residents of Australia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, agents, and representatives of BoozeBud or Fireball, its affiliates, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members or household members of such individuals are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
- Entrants residing within restricted postcodes, as specified on https://www.boozebud.com/pages/delivery-information are not eligible to participate.
2. Promotion Period: - The Promotion begins on 1 December 2023 and ends on 31 December 2023 at 11:59 pm AEDT (the "Promotion Period").
3. How to Enter:
- To enter, purchase any Fireball product during the Promotion Period via the BoozeBud website. Each eligible purchase of a Fireball constitutes one entry into the Promotion.
4. Prizes:
- One Major Prize consisting of the following:
- One (1) x Fireball Mini Fridge valued at $1,000
- One (1) x case of Fireball Whiskey 200ML valued at $274.80
- 20 Consolation Prizes: consisting of the following:
- One (1) x Fireball Pit Viper Sunnies valued at $344.90 each
5. Winner Selection:
- The winners will be selected via a random drawing from all eligible entries received.
- The drawing will take place on 8 January 2024.
6. Winner Notification:
- The winners will be notified via email within seven (7) days of the drawing.
- Winners must respond to the notification within fourteen (14) days to claim their prize.
- If a winner does not respond within the specified timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Prize Claim:
- To claim a prize, winners must follow the instructions provided in the notification email.
- Prizes will be shipped to the winners' provided addresses within 30 days of verification.
8. General Conditions:
- By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- BoozeBud reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
- BoozeBud is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries or for any technical or human errors that may occur in the administration of the Promotion.
- Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other substitutes. - BoozeBud reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
- BoozeBud’s decisions regarding the Promotion are final and binding.
9. Privacy:
- Any personal information provided by participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Promotion and will be subject to BoozeBud’s Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law:
- This Promotion is governed by the laws of Australia.
11. Sponsor:
- The Promotion is sponsored by Hairydog Group Pty Ltd, 102/1 163-165 Eastern Road, South Melbourne, VIC, 3205. By participating in the Fireball "Shop To Win" Campaign, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
