Alfred and Walter Gilbey returned to the United Kingdom in 1857 after serving in the Crimean War and launched a wine importation business in London's renowned Soho district. The business scaled rapidly over the next 15 years and in 1872 the pair established their gin distillery in Camden Town. Gilbey's Gin is a 37% ABV traditional London Dry Gin that's distilled using 12 ingredients, features a subtle citrus aroma and is an extremely well-balanced and refreshing London Dry Gin.
