Wills Domain Eightfold Shiraz 750ml

The highly-rated Block 6 Shiraz from our estate was harvested in the early morning, delicately destemmed, and underwent fermentation with a cultured yeast strain at a temperature range of 24-28 degrees. After fermentation, it was pressed and matured on French oak. This wine boasts a bright, deep brick-red hue with hints of purple, and an alluring nose of ripe blackberry and mulberries, complemented by a hint of cedary oak. - Wills Domain.
