Hellyers Road Double Cask Single Malt Whisky 700ml

The whisky undergoes an initial aging process of five years in 200L American Oak ex-Bourbon casks, followed by a secondary maturation in French Oak barriques previously used to age Tasmanian Pinot Noir. This additional maturation in French Oak ex-Tasmanian Pinot Noir casks imparts exceptional red berry notes and a distinct Tasmanian influence, enhancing the character of this small batch single malt.

The signature Double Cask presents a rich, full profile highlighted by vibrant notes of raisin toast, stewed fruits, and candied orange with a subtle hint of clove. Its approachable style ensures it is a whisky that will be repeatedly sought after.
