Animus Distillery Arboretum Gin 700ml

This gin takes savoury to a whole new level, complex and herbaceous. It's created in small batches at Animus Distillery, just outside of Melbourne. The botanicals are sourced from local ingredients, many grown right on the estate. Fresh lemon thyme and strawberry leaf add brightness on the approach, with rosemary complementing the pungent juniper flavours. Fruity native bush tomatoes and organic oranges round out the botanical profile. The Arboretum Gin features notes of Middle Eastern spices like coriander seed and anise.
