Launched in 2009, Sipsmith was the first copper-pot distillery to establish themselves in Greater London in almost 200 years, and one of the few remaining in London today. Sipsmith V.J.O.P. Gin is a 57.7% ABV explosion of Very Junipery Over Proof gin, with a truckload of juniper playing the lead role throughout while having zesty orange and cedarwood aromas, a luxurious dark chocolate and spicy palate, and a delightfully, balanced lingering finish.
