In October 2017, Sauce Brewing Co opened its doors for the first time as an exciting independent microbrewery based in Sydney's inner-west. Today Sauce not only have a brewery and taproom in Marrickville but a brewpub and bottlo in Cairns. Now part of the core range at Sauce Brewing Co, the brewing team have upped the peach in Sauce Peach Sauce and reduced the alcohol percentage, so it's truer to the style of Berliner Weisse. Tart, tangy and super peachy. Very refreshing, crushable and an absolute crowd pleaser!
