After digesting his teachings we landed on the Davidson Plum as our key ingredient for this limited release. This native ingredient exhibits juicy flesh with a sharp acidic taste that's rich in antioxidants. In typical Mismatch form we thought outside the box and decided that a beer dating back to the 1700's called Gose (pronounced goes-uh) would compliment this fruit perfectly. Key takeaways, lemon sourness, herbal characters, noticeable saltiness and the palate is textural and grippy.
