Limeburners American Oak 700ml

When every darn is produced and bottled by hand you know something special is in the making. The Great Southern Distillery is small by most standards with a focus on quality over quantity. Every batch of Limeburners American Oak is distilled in locally crafted traditional small-batch copper pot stills from barley sourced within a day's drive of the distillery and aged in refill American oak bourbon barrels. After maturing it is brought down to bottle strength (43% ABV) using filtered rainwater. Such care is rarely seen in these days of mass production but one taste tells you this Aussie was worth all the effort.
