Our first blended malt - Symphony No1. Tropical mango and toasted coconut blended with sweet Tasmanian toffee apples. A signature Lark whisky, perfect for sharing.

Next up, we have combined our very own ex-brandy casks with Seppeltsfield's renowned PX sherry casks to create an exclusive single malt. Dark and brooding, this whisky delivers you into a vortex of rich plum pudding, intense oak, blackberries, dried fruit and a hint of smoke.

Finishing the flight is our third annual Rum Cask Finish. The creation of our own Quiet Cannon Rum leaves us with a treasure trove of sweet, decadent rum which we then fill with our carefully selected single malt whisky. The result is a wonderfully lifted and treacly single malt with notes of dark toffee, nutty oak and candied citrus.
