Four Pillars 2022 Christmas Gin 700ml

Our Distiller Cam's annual tribute to four things he loves: Australia, Christmas, Gin and his late Mum, Wilma. It smells like gin and tastes like Christmas.

NOSE: This gin has juniper-led Christmas tree notes with rich spices, concentrated dried fruits and a hint of cinnamon

PALATE & FINISH: To make this special annual release Cam distils Christmas puddings, and then ages this gin in 100-year-old Muscat barrels, adding a tweak of Rutherglen Muscat before bottling. The result is a rich palate of plum pudding character with a hint of sweetness from the Muscat.

45mL Australian Christmas gin
- 2 dashes of bitters
Build over ice and top with your
choice of ginger beer or ginger ale
Squeeze and garnish with lime
