Hailing from Dandenong, Melbourne, Brick Lane Brewing Co launched in 2017, with 25 founders including big names in the sports world of Eddie McGuire, Billy Slater, Dan Carter, prominent figures from hospitality and the alcohol industry, with Jon Seltin, formerly the inaugural head brewer at Hawkers Beer, taking the reins leading the brew team. Brick Lane Revolver is a 5.8% ABV Dark Hoppy Ale that pours midnight black with smooth, roasty characters and velvety body, and is bursting with bright hop floral aromas, along with candied pineapple, peach and pine resin. Dark, warm and delicious, this one's best served by the fire on a faux bearskin rug!
