23rd Street Distillery Signature Rum 700ml

23rd Street Distillery Signature Rum is everything you could hope for in an Australian rum and more. Double distilled and then double aged in re-used bourbon barrels, it is as warm and inviting as the sun shining on its Riverland home. It has a rich golden colour with the aromas of butterscotch, vanilla and old oak welcoming you home. A bit rough on the edges, as any good rum should be, it is surprisingly smooth when served neat. A marmalade sweetness blends very well with the sharp tang of raw ginger giving 23rd Street Distillery Signature Rum a character reminiscent of Mr Darcy in Pride and Prejudice.
